Todos los empleados y clientes deben llevar mascarillas. A las tiendas ingresa un número limitado de personas y la compra o consulta se inicia en la calle, donde un empleado ayuda a los clientes para agilizar el pedido y que no estén mucho tiempo dentro del local.
Apple tiene más de 500 tiendas minoristas en todo el mundo. Las tiendas que han reabierto se centran en el soporte técnico más que en las ventas.
